Weighing in at only 5lbs, the Eclipse coolers combine the chilling ability of a roto molded cooler, with the mobility of a soft-sided cooler. The Eclipse model coolers are built tough with a 840-Denier, UV and Water Resistant Nylon exterior shell. Pair that with 2 stainless steel bottle openers, stainless steel d-ring tie-downs, daisy chain bowtie carabiner attachment points, plus a skid-resistant bottom, and you got yourself a soft cooler that works as hard as you play. While the outside of the Eclipse is both functional and visually appealing, it’s what is on the inside that really counts. Featuring 1” thick high density CLOSED-CELL foam insulation, the Polar Bear Eclipse model coolers have been field tested to hold ice in direct sunlight for 3+ DAYS (tested with 24 12-oz cans and 10lbs of ice). The Eclipse’s interior liner is made from leak proof, sweat proof, PVC-free FDA Food Grade material and is Prop. 65 compliant. Polar Bear Eclipse coolers perform exceptionally well in direct-sunlight applications. Because of the UV-Resistant exterior, the outside of this cooler never heats up in the sun, resulting in optimal chill time.
